Spousal Sponsorship Applications

One of the most popular methods of attaining a permanent residence in Canada is through the family sponsorship program. To become an eligible sponsor, you need to be:

  • at least 18 years or older;
  • a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;
  • not receiving social assistance for reasons other than disability; and
  • able to provide basic needs for the sponsored family member.

The applicant will need to prove a ‘genuine’ relationship between the two spouses to counter immigration fraud.  Our lawyers will be able to prepare a family sponsorship package that will be ideal for your situation.

Temporary Residence

Temporary status means that you are allowed to come and stay in Canada for a short period of time. In Canadian immigration, there are a number of reasons you may want to pursue temporary status in Canada. The Canadian government through immigration Canada has created a number of avenues for individuals from foreign countries to obtain temporary status. It is important to apply using the correct temporary status category and complete the applications correctly. We can help you obtain your Temporary Residence status whether its through Student Visa/Permit, Work Permit, or a Temporary Resident Visa.

Refugee Claims

One of the best aspects of Canada is its value of human rights and freedoms. Canada offers refugee and asylum seeker protection to people in Canada. This protection is offered to people who fear being persecuted and who cannot or will not return to their home country. If this is the case, they can put in a refugee claim here. We will do everything in our power to help ease your transition to Canada.

Study Permits

Are you a student that would like to study in Canada? We can help you achieve that goal. We assist with study permit applications and put together your Study Permit application packages to ensure your entry to Canada goes smoothly.
